Picture of Me

Starting out here, there are no ‘Usses’. There is only me unless you want to count all the 14+ cats as ‘Usses’. Which I pretty much do but they are not much help around the house. Although, I do have to say that unlike my neighbors whose cars were damaged by rodents, I have no rodents anywhere on my property. I am just a person who would like to fill a need for the animals out here in the High Desert that are abandoned or lost. A point has been reached where the need now outweighs what I can provide for this many cats. I have too many cats in the house now and there are more who have to live outside in the frigid winter but want to come inside. Everyone of these cats are good cats with great personalities that would like a home of their own that is safe, warm, and dry. I hope one day there will be ‘Usses’. There is a large pool of volunteers just looking for something to volunteer for but they have to have a place to volunteer at. Hopefully, one day soon, there will be a place for these cats to live safely and a good place for people to volunteer.
